Every Mini Min's mystery scoop is designed to deliver more than just surprises—it's designed to create moments of joy. We carefully choose each item to provide value, variety, quality, and a little bit of magic.
What makes us different is simple: we genuinely care. If there's a way to make your box more exciting, more memorable, or more special, we'll do it. That's part of the joy of what we do.
We live for those moments when a package arrives and turns an ordinary day into something unforgettable - a bear hug from afar, an excited call from a friend, or the smile that spreads across someone's face as they discover what's inside. Those moments are the heart of every mystery scoop we send.
What's inside a mystery scoop? +
Between 20 and 35 hand-picked goodies that match your chosen theme: plushies, accessories, stationery, snacks, and at least one surprise little extra. Always fun, never filler.
How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once your scoop is packed, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the happiness all the way to your door.
Can I gift a box to someone? +
Absolutely. Mark the order as a gift at checkout, and let us know who it's going to. You can also choose gift wrapping, select an occasion or include a special note. We'll make sure your surprise arrives with extra love and none of the pricing information.
What if I don't love what's inside? +
We do our best to match every theme perfectly with exciting items. If something isn't right, reach out and we'll work with you to make it better.
Are the boxes age-appropriate? +
We ask you to confirm the age range of the recipient when selecting items. From age 5 to adults, we do our best to match what you get with age appropriate goodies.

Do you ship internationally? +
Not yet, little scoop friend! At the moment, our mystery scoops only travel within the United States. We'd love to spread the joy worldwide one day, but for now our chibi crew is focused on delivering smiles across the U.S.A.
Is your packaging eco-friendly? +
Yes! We use recyclable packaging whenever possible and prefer paper, tissue, and reusable materials over unnecessary plastic. Free hugs are included with every box!
How does scooping work? +
Our tiny scoop helpers get to work and scoop around 20 - 35 colorful mystery beads in every scoop! Each bead reveals a surprise item to be included inside your mystery haul. Once all your treasures have been discovered, we bundle everything together, add a sprinkle of happiness, and send your scoop adventure zooming to your doorstep!
What do the beads mean. What do I get? +
Every colorful bead in your scoop unlocks a surprise treasure! Each bead matches one possible item from our happy loot pool, so you never know what cute goodies might be waiting for you. From stationery and self-care treats to accessories and bonus surprises, every scoop is a little adventure!
How are swaps and duplicate items handled? +
Our scoop helpers don't like copy-paste treasures! If the exact same item pops up twice during a single scoop, we'll usually replace the duplicate with a different surprise so there's even more fun to discover.
If you've adopted multiple scoops, duplicates might sneak in, since every scoop has its own magical mystery journey!
Can I make special requests? +
Of course! Our scoop helpers love reading your notes and learning about your favorite things. Tell us about colors you love, themes you're hoping for, or up to 3 special item wishes, and we'll do our best to sprinkle them into your scoop adventure!
Because every scoop is still a mystery, we can't create fully customized scoops or guarantee only certain colors will appear. That's part of the surprise!
